This 3 week course will teach you how to set up your perfect eating plan so that your body can function at its best, and you can achieve your goals.
Success of your goals comes once you learn to eat to in a way that enables your body to function at its best. The set up of your eating plan is a vital part of this. This course will teach you how to work out your own eating plan to fit in with your life and get you to your goals
3 one-hour online group sessions
Material for the 3 sessions that you can read, watch and listen to in your own time. The material is released weekly
Eating plan templates and food exchanges
The 3 week course will begin on the first Thursday of every month
